DELIVERY TIMES
The estimate above is counted from order confirmation to delivery and includes order processing and shipping.
U.S. SHIPPING
Standard shipping is $7 for orders below $120. Orders of $120 or more ship free, including a Gallery Diptych.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. Outside the United States, shipping is calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes, if any, are paid by the recipient.
TRACKING
We’ll email your tracking details when your order is prepared for shipment. Tracking may take time to update after the shipping label is created.
ORDER CHANGES
If the shipping address or order details need to change, contact hello@olas.studio as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.
30-DAY RETURNS
A return may be requested within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Size exchanges are welcome and are handled first when stock is available.
To request a return or an exchange, contact hello@olas.studio with your order number. We will send you the steps.
Return postage is paid by the customer. For an approved size exchange, the studio covers shipping the replacement to you.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Bank processing times vary.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the studio promptly with the order number and photographs so it can be resolved at no cost to you.
GALLERY DIPTYCH RETURNS
If one work from a Gallery Diptych is returned without an exchange, the refund for that work is $60, half of the $120 pair price.
