Refund policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition. There are no final-sale products at launch. To request a return or size exchange, email admin@olas.studio with your order number. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Return shipping is complimentary for approved returns.

EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are prioritized when stock is available. If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose another available work or receive a refund under this policy.

REFUNDS

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Processing time after approval depends on your bank or payment provider.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact the studio promptly with your order number and clear photographs. An approved replacement or refund will be arranged at no cost to you.

GALLERY DIPTYCH RETURNS

If one work from a Gallery Diptych is returned without an exchange, the retained work is recalculated at the current single-work price. The refund is the amount paid minus that single-work price and any non-refundable shipping.
