Shipping & Returns

Clear delivery and return terms are part of the work. The details below apply to the opening U.S. release.

U.S. SHIPPING

Standard shipping is $7 for orders below $125. Shipping is complimentary for orders of $125 or more after discounts, including a Gallery Diptych.

Orders ship to addresses in the United States. International delivery is not available at launch. Tracking is sent by email when the carrier accepts the parcel. Delivery timing varies by destination and carrier and is shown when available during checkout.

ORDER CHANGES

If the shipping address or order details need to change, contact admin@olas.studio as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

30-DAY RETURNS

A return may be requested within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Size exchanges are welcome and are handled first when stock is available.

To begin, email admin@olas.studio with the order number and requested resolution. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Bank processing times vary.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the studio promptly with the order number and photographs so it can be resolved at no cost to you.

GALLERY DIPTYCH RETURNS

If one work from a Gallery Diptych is returned without an exchange, the retained work is recalculated at the current single-work price. The refund is the amount paid minus that single-work price and any non-refundable shipping.
