Shipping policy

The opening Olas release ships to addresses in the United States.

RATES

Standard U.S. shipping is $7 for orders below $125. Shipping is complimentary for orders of $125 or more after discounts, including a Gallery Diptych.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

Tracking is sent by email when the carrier accepts the parcel. Delivery timing varies by destination and carrier and is shown when available during checkout. Olas is not responsible for carrier delays, but the studio will help investigate a parcel that appears lost or incorrectly delivered.

ORDER CHANGES

If a shipping address or order detail needs to change, contact admin@olas.studio as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International delivery is not available at launch.
