Shipping policy

Olas Studio ships worldwide.

DELIVERY

The estimated delivery time, counted from order confirmation and including order processing and shipping, is shown on each work while ordering and on the Shipping & Returns page.

RATES

Standard U.S. shipping is $7 for orders below $120. Shipping is free for orders of $120 or more after discounts, including a Gallery Diptych.

TRACKING

We’ll email your tracking details when your order is prepared for shipment. Tracking may take time to update after the shipping label is created. Olas is not responsible for carrier delays, but the studio will help investigate a parcel that appears lost or incorrectly delivered.

ORDER CHANGES

If a shipping address or order detail needs to change, contact hello@olas.studio as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping outside the United States is calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes, if any, are paid by the recipient.
