These Terms of Service govern your use of olas.studio and purchases from Olas Studio. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked on the site.

STORE AND ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the store. You may not use the site or its products for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

PRODUCTS AND PRESENTATION

Olas makes reasonable efforts to present artwork, garment color, scale and detail accurately. Screen settings and the garment-dye and production processes can create minor differences. Measurements are approximate and small variations are normal.

ORDERS, PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping, when applicable, are calculated at checkout. An order is accepted when Olas confirms it and may be declined or cancelled for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, or other legitimate operational reasons. If a paid order is cancelled, the affected amount will be refunded.

DISCOUNTS

Promotions are subject to their displayed conditions and availability. For the Gallery Diptych offer, two eligible works are priced together according to the offer shown in the cart. A partial return is recalculated as described in the Refund Policy.

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Shipping, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Shipping Policy and Refund Policy displayed on the site. Those policies form part of these terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The site and its content—including artwork, images, text, trademarks, design and code—belong to Olas Studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a garment does not transfer copyright or permit reproduction, distribution or commercial use of the artwork.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping and technology providers. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, scrape or misuse its content, attempt unauthorized access, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Olas Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

CHANGES AND SEVERABILITY

Olas may update these terms by posting a revised version on the site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
