Olas uses the Shaka Wear 7.5oz Max Heavyweight Garment Dye Short Sleeve as its canvas. The cut is intentionally dense and slightly oversized through the chest, body and sleeve.

HOW TO MEASURE

Chest: lay the garment flat and measure 1 inch below the armhole from edge to edge.

Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem.

Sleeve: measure from the center back neck, across the shoulder seam and down to the sleeve edge.

THE WORK

A burning orange band sits along the top of a deep cobalt field, and the warm paint has run — two heavy tongues of red pulled down into the blue before they stop. Below the water, a single pale seam and then near-black navy. The colour is thick and unmixed: knife-flat fields, glossy runs, canvas weave breaking through the thinnest passages.
